Concept proposal for Zara Home
Weight explores the idea of visual weight within domestic spaces. Through simple geometric forms and honest materials, everyday objects acquire a sculptural presence.
Inspired by architecture and contemporary sculpture, the project focuses on volume, texture and material honesty. Rather than relying on decoration, proportion and mass become the primary design tools.
Both objects are designed to establish a quiet dialogue with its surroundings, relating to space, light and everyday use. The result is a collection of domestic objects with a strong architectural presence, defined by balance, weight and restraint.
